I purchased swagger smart watch a month ago.. It took a week to reach ( usually it takes that time since corseca does standard shipping) which wasn't the problem...
It was never mentioned anywhere its a year 2022 manufactured unit.. i didn't go through the product review as i have received good units from Corseca..
When i opened the shipped item.. yes to be honet for the momey I've paid the watch came in a luxurious looking box felt like opening a million buck item.. however sad part is the watch doesn't look good as advertised... i already have a skyproline watch from corseca which i loved it... but this one was a total upset the UI was very old display was terrible... right away decided to contact tech support via chat... bot replied we haven't opened yet and will notify once techs are available.. yes i did get a reply and a delayed response whenever i ask a question decided to contact voice support... long wait time connected to a voice tech... bad headsets for support or bad dialer tool most of the time i wasn't able to hear what the guy is speaking but we finally came to a conclusion on change of mind option and asked him to initiate return & refund... sent email to corseca support team with relevant pictures ...Guess what took a week time to get a response... i was pissed off and somehow saw a email i received in the spam folder 3 days later.. not sure why it was thr..... replied to initiate it and i got confirmation from deep ..i believe might be email support or customer care rep...the worst part is the third party shipping company .... those idiots never collected the return unit and took almost 8 days until i calles those idiots .. They apologized and arrange a pick up on same day... took another 3 days which is normal and finally received the amount i paid for the watch...
To be honest i love your products so went on to the website and ordered another skywatch smartwatch...
Which is the Gunmetal with orange strap ( only stock available) but im good with that... again another 5 days wait i received it... packing and box was good and i see the watch ... Black !!! Gunmetal nooooo...
However opened the entire box found a extra strap... then i assumed gunmetal went of stock and someone threw the strap inside to compensate... which is i appreciate a lot and i was happy someone did that... coming to the product should be honest yes it is worth the money... didn't know dial will be big though its mentioned 1'6 inch dial i never knew the measurement... I'm happy with it..
Great !!! With the customer service and satisfaction though i received a incorrect unit the compensation was a good factor.. i really wanted to go just 1 star in NPS but no with just 1 product i don't wanna rate you badly... I loved other products i ordered..
Will be a customer with you guys expecting to add more new items with discounts so that i keep getting your products..
